AmCham-China

AmCham-China organizes an annual Washington, DC, Outreach delegation of members who travel to the capitol to discuss the state of US business in China. Meetings are held with elected representatives of the Senate and House of Representatives, or their staffs, as well as key officials in the president’s administration.

Key messages are the backbone to the Washington, DC, Outreach meetings and discussion sessions. In fact, the success of the entire Outreach initiative rests on the group’s ability to present these facts and points of view. Delegates have practiced delivering the key messages, and they will be brought up consistently in every session of the four-day Outreach.

US political leaders value AmCham-China’s perspective on the issues and appreciate the opportunity to hear directly from business leaders who are working in China and have firsthand experience in the market.
