AmCham China Calls on China to Reconsider New Procurement Regulations
Newly announced procurement regulations could significantly restrict or even block foreign companies from selling their products to the Chinese government. As part of AmCham China’s ongoing advocacy strategy, the chamber works to represent member interests to improve the environment for business in China. The new regulations are of concern and AmCham China, along with 33 other organizations, signed a letter that has been submitted to the Chinese authorities. The chamber also issued an independent statement on the matter.
