We are excited to announce the launch of AmCham China’s pioneering new initiative: The AmCham China Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Customs (MSSC) Committee Navigator Program!
The Navigator Program is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic cohort of young professionals and leaders capable of propelling the AmCham China MSSC community forward. Our mission is to nurture professionals passionate about Manufacturing & Supply Chain by fostering close engagement with members and senior leaders of the AmCham China MSSC community and leading companies in the supply chain industry.
This five-month program selects qualified China-based applicants of all nationalities working in different companies, industries, and with varying experience levels. The program is designed to recognize professionals with profound insights and strategic practices within the manufacturing and supply chain industry, empowering candidates to thrive in China’s dynamic business landscape.
About the Program
The Navigator Program is an exclusive, high-profile, five-month program developed by the AmCham China MSSC Committee. Its aim is to prepare the future generation of manufacturing and supply chain leaders and professionals who are keen on exploring success strategies to drive industry growth. This year, the MSSC Committee at AmCham China aims to select 15 to 20 of the most suitable candidates to participate in the program.
Candidates of the Navigator Program will gain comprehensive exposure to the US-China business community, particularly within manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Each month, there will be a 1.5-hour session covering topics such as operational excellence, industry 4.0 and digital transformation, localization partnerships, future energy strategies, etc. Successful candidates will be awarded a “Manufacturing & Supply Chain Navigator Program” certificate of completion at the End of Program Gala Dinner in September 2024.

Program Agenda
The program requires attendance of one 1.5-hour session (7PM to 8:30 PM on the selected weekday) per month starting in May and ending in September. Networking opportunities are incorporated through social dinners and activities. Program sessions are led by senior leaders and industry experts from the AmCham China community, specifically within the MSSC Committee.
