Melody serves as the Head of Human Resources for HP Inc. Greater China based in Beijing, China. She leads the Greater China HR Team supporting business growth through various organization and people solutions.

Melody has more than twenty years of full-spectrum human resources experience serving a number of the world’s fortune 500 enterprises, including Microsoft, Lenovo, Bayer-Schering Pharmaceutical, etc. Melody acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and had solid experience transforming Human Resources functions to be business-driven and customer-focused. She also has proved track record to design and implement human resources policies and processes to achieve better business results and to build up a healthy organizational environment.

Melody holds MBA Degree from Peking University and Bachelor of Economics from Renmin University.
