Malcolm Nerva is a trainer, facilitator, and coach with 18 years of training, facilitating, and coaching experience in China, Singapore, and Asia Pacific.
Since he opened his boutique training and development consultancy in 2002, Malcolm has worked with a multitude of multinational, state-owned and small medium enterprises, and has trained, coached, and assessed over 10,000 participants from all over the world.
Malcolm graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelors (Honors) in Business Administration. He is certified in MBTI Step I and II, DISC, Firo-B, and the Enneagram, and is a certified administrator of MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 and LEA Role Expectations as well as Sino Associates Leadership Feedback 360°. He is a WABC Certified Business Coach, a Certified Stress Management Consultant, a Career and Behavioral Consultant as well as an NLP Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner. He also has a Squared Online Certificate in Digital Marketing, and is a Celemi Tango Certified Facilitator. He is a regular guest lecturer at the BBA, MBA, and Masters of Finance programs at Peking and Renmin universities.
