Linda Liu, NXP Semiconductor
Linda Liu oversees human resource management for NXP China’s manufacturing center, test center, R&D center, and shared service center, which collectively employ nearly 5,000 individuals. Her key responsibilities include building a strong talent team to support business expansion, establishing a new Asia High Technology Test Center in Tianjin, leading talent development programs and driving cultural transformation, and managing crises effectively to turn challenges into opportunities with measurable success.
Linda is an active member of the global Employee Resource Group (ERG) and serves as the leader of Asia WiN-APAC (Women in NXP), which focuses on initiatives for female growth and development. She pioneered the establishment of the Asia Women Committee and has successfully championed various programs across Asian countries, fostering a platform for sharing and learning from diverse cultures and experiences. Her efforts inspire female professionals in Asia to pursue career growth and lead fulfilling lives.
