Biography
Education
Graduate from Clayton State University, Morrow GA with a Bachelors in Design Technology.
Work Experience
I’ve worked with Caterpillar Inc. for 19 years and it has allowed me an opportunity to participate in many aspects of our business. I’ve had the pleasure to work in many cross functional roles (Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality) in the organization located at 3 different manufacturing facilities (Lafayette, IN, Griffin, GA and Tianjin). I’m currently the Quality Director for the Tianjin facility with accountability for overall quality management. In addition, I have responsibility for facility strategic planning and project management.
Volunteer Experience
I’ve volunteered my time over the years to local United Way campaigns by serving as an allocation committee member. I am also currently the Presiding Vice-Chair role on the Board of Governors for International School of Tianjin (IST).
Family
My wife is Alicia Dunbar and we’ve been married for 20 years. I have two daughters ages 10 and 12 (Ella and Kynlee) who attend IST.
