- Closer BOG and Chapters involvement (Chapter Chairs now invited/attending BOG Meetings)

Today, AmCham has the unique responsibility in advocating for US Companies. Frankly, this period, is the most important time in US-China relations, since the 1990’s. Trade tariffs and broad policy changes are significantly impacting MNC’s, SME’s, and the whole expatriate community; but the impact is not uniform across these groups. Jim Cooper’s long-term Chinese business experience is vital to navigate these times and understand the challenges US entities are facing.
