Global Vice President & Chief Representative for China
MetLife
I have been associated with MetLife for more than 24 years. As an AmCham China member for the last eighteen years, I had the privilege of serving as Board of Governors from 2009 to 2016 (except 2013, absence required by AmCham China policy).
The U.S.-China bilateral relations have never been easy. Despite all the challenges that we have faced, most of the member companies are stronger and better today in China. 2016 will soon be a history, we are looking forward to 2017. There will be a new president in the U.S., and there will be a new future for the U.S.-China relations then. Let us all work together to make AmCham China a better and stronger institution, so that our voice will be heard, our challenges will be communicated, and our interests will be protected and served.
Please let me know, if I am elected again, how the Board could help to make sure that the general interests of the membership will be better served.
Let's all work together for the future of AmCham China and the future of a healthier bilateral relations.
