On July 8, AmCham China hosted its annual Independence Day party with a backyard BBQ attended by over 200 guests at the Shangri-La Shougang Park. The outdoor event was the perfect day out for people of all ages, featuring a children’s area complete with foosball, face painting, and arts and crafts stations, as well as live music performances, lucky draws, a buffet, and free-flow beverages!
The annual signature event welcomed the AmCham China community along with friends and family to join in celebrating America’s Independence Day.
AmCham China President Michael Hart MC’ed the event, while members of the Board of Governors including Vice Chairs Roberta Lipson and Gloria Xu along with Tony Jiang also joined in the festivities.
Following an afternoon full of fun and festivity, Hart wrapped up the event with the announcement of the lucky draw winners, who received fabulous prizes ranging from food & beverage vouchers to luxurious hotel stays and even a round-trip international flight!
