On March 5, AmCham China Tianjin celebrated International Women’s Day with 50 guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, marking the first the Tianjin Women Professionals Committee (WPC) event in 2024
Aligned with the 2024 IWD campaign theme of #InspireInclusion, the the event welcomed Tianjin WPC Co-Chairs Linda Liu from NXP Semiconductors and Golden Zhang from Tianjin Amcare Women’s & Children’s Hospital to share insights on the status of gender equality in the workplace in China and unveil the findings of the #inspireinclusion Survey Report from member companies.
Additionally, Lin Gao, Executive Coach/Trainer/Writer/CEO of Message Coach; Randy Dong, RGM Butler China North and Co-Chair of the AmCham China Women Professionals Committee; and Maggie Zhao, HR Manager of Butler, delivered keynote speeches highlighting their endeavors to foster diversity and address unconscious biases.
