On April 21, AmCham China, Tianjin held its monthly Executive Breakfast Briefing at the Shangri-La Tianjin. The event also provided members with a 2022 Tianjin property market update.
The property market update came from three highly-qualified guest speakers. First, Mi Yang, Head of Research, North China at JLL, spoke to attendees about the macro-economy and China’s real estate market outlook for 2022, and also led a discussion on future economic growth in China. William Gao, Head of Logistics and Industrial, North China at JLL, also joined the event to speak about the opportunities in the Tianjin office and logistic markets. Finally, Matthias Bauer, Technical Director of Urban Planning and Urban Design at AECOM Tianjin, provided an overview of several new projects that will advance the municipal development and enhance the environment of the city.
