The theme of the meeting was “Further Expanding High-Level Opening-up, Enhancing Confidence in Foreign Investment and Development in Beijing”. Sima Hong, (pictured below right, with Ma on the left) Vice Mayor of Beijing Municipal Government, was also present at the meeting and delivered a speech.
