Cici is a seasoned HR leader and expert in various industries and HR functions. Nearly 20 years HR full-function experiences wherein over a decade deeply engaged into business as HR leader and business partner to drive business thriving.
Prior to joining Edelman, Cici spent the last 4 years with Dell Technologies as the Strategic HR Business Partner to support the senior executives for multiple business unites across Asia Pacific and Greater China Region. She is strongly driving Talent and Culture strategy to contribute their business growth and build up talent pipeline. Cici also played the key role and well supported merger and acquisition of Dell EMC integration in China in the aspects of OD restructuring, C&B harmonization, employee engagement etc. and passionate on culture re-enhance and change management.

Cici start her career journey in sales and key account management role for 4 years, then transit to in-house HR role oversaw talent acquisitions and rotate to various China HR functional leader roles including talent development, organization development, HRBP and Comp & Ben. She spent many years to help the growing business with total HR solutions and partnership with high-level executives to build up the talent strategies.

Cici holds a Bachelor degree of International Trade, from Liaoning Institute of Technologies. She is holding many international multi-functional HR certifications. Now she is pursuing EMBA degree in ESC PAU Business School.
