David Zeng, Halliburton China
David Zeng is Halliburton’s Country Vice President for China, responsible for growing Halliburton’s overall business in China, with a special emphasis on developing a sustainable service business.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Zeng served Halliburton as a senior country manager of Baroid. He began his career at Halliburton in 1997, and has successfully held roles in Finance and Accounting, Logistics, Business Development, Manufacturing, and Financial Controls and Audit.
Mr. Zeng has a Master of Business degree in finance from the University of Houston and is also a 2012 graduate of the Halliburton President’s Leadership Excellence Program, the Company’s yearlong leadership development event in which a select group of high-potential senior managers, directors and first-time executives participates each year.
