Edward Guo is the Head of HR, China of S&P Global. Based in Beijing, Edward is responsible for the company’s overall HR management. S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) is the world’s foremost provider of credit ratings, benchmarks and analytics in the global capital and commodity markets, offering ESG solutions, deep data and insights on critical economic, market and business factors, with divisions include S&P Global Ratings, S&P Global Market Intelligence, S&P Dow Jones Indices and S&P Global Platts.

Previously, Edward served as Country Lead of Talent & Recruitment and Head of Human Resource at UBS. He also worked at Foster Partners Consulting and Bo-Le Associates on human resource.

Edward holds a master degree in human resource management from University of Newcastle upon Tyne in U.K.
