Justine joined Schneider in 2007 and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Finance/HR/IT/Administration.
Justine is responsible for managing the company’s financial planning work, with responsibilities including: company strategy, budget, financial management, and internal control supervision, ensuring the efficient implementation of the company’s strategic plans and policies. She leads the finance department to consistently exceed expectations in achieving various key financial indicators, and uses innovative management concepts to enable the finance department to play an important role in the business development of Schneider Logistics. As HR head and reliable business partner of the operational department, she provides corresponding personnel input and management support, and focus on talent cultivation. She planned and established a mature management trainee selection and training system, and served as mentor to train management talents to meet the company’s requirement.
Justine participated in and presided over our company’s charity project – the “Orange Light Plan”. Since its establishment at the end of 2009, she has continued to carry out multiple charity activities, supporting students in need to complete their studies, and assisting disabled children in completing surgeries.
As the key member of executive team, Justine lead the team and make continuous improvement, actively promote the logistics technology innovation, to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
Justine enjoys travelling, gardening, reading, and playing badminton.
