Natasha is passionate about creating workplaces that radically unleash human purpose and potential. She has 20 years of experience facilitating personal and organizational transformation through senior leadership and consulting roles across China and the United States.

Natasha is Founder of Emerge, an organization development consultancy that creates workplaces that empower everyone. She is also Co-Creator of Teal Around the World, an annual conference organized by the Teal Network, which gathers more than 1,000 participants from 50+ countries together to share stories of future workplaces characterized by self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose. Finally, she is a future work story collector, community-builder, writer, and researcher, who is currently co-authoring a book of stories of purposeful & participatory workplaces from around the world.

Previously, Natasha’s leadership development work at Galaxy Entertainment Group in Macau won two HR Excellence Awards for Leadership and Talent Development in Asia. Additionally, her work in establishing networks of empowered work teams was recognized as Best Demonstrated Practice at Tyco Electronics.

Natasha holds a Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organization Development.
