Zhanjun Wang is the Advisor of Tax Department of PwC China Tianjin office.
Before joining PwC, she was a tax officer of Tianjin Local Tax Bureau for 12 years and specialized in tax inspection, collection and management. She is experienced in solving complicated tax compliance and inspection issues for multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises including tax negotiation strategy, tax planning as well as application for preferential policies etc.
January of 2002. During the past 21 years, she has provided tax and business consulting services in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, foreign contractor and financial service industries. She has rich experience in assisting reorganization and applying tax preference cases.
In merger & acquisition area, she has worked on resolving various disputes in the equity transfer and merger cases of large multinational corporations. Meanwhile, she has plenty of prior experience in advising merger cases in state-owned enterprises in Tianjin.
She also has rich experience in negotiation with Tianjin and nearby tax bureau, and government investment. As the member of PwC “One Belt One Road”, she is involved in consulting service of “One Belt One Road” state-owned enterprise policy, including oil refining, medicine, aviation electromechanical, etc. Overseas mergers and acquisitions, and investment architecture especially.
On daily basis, she also maintains a good relationship with Chinese authorities in tax, finance, MOFCOM and SAFE in Tianjin. Her bachelor’s degree is Financial and tax collection of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
