The Executive Order, issued on August 9, has far-reaching implications for outbound investments to China, particularly in “dual-use” technologies and technology research and development with potential national security implications. This event, free for members, aimed to provide clarity on the order’s implications and offer a chance for members to engage with an expert on the topic.
