On April 1, MOFCOM delegation led by Director General Lin Feng of the American and Oceania Affairs Department of MOFCOM was invited to AmCham China as regular discussion about foreign investment environment in China.
AmCham China Chairman Colm Rafferty, along with a few board of governors and working group chairs, welcomed the delegation. During the meeting, AmCham China President Michael Hart demonstrated the key challenges and concerns from member companies operating in China that generated from 2022 China Business Climate Survey and newly released COVID-19 business impact flash survey. Both parties are committed to maintaining and further regularizing dialogues between the foreign business community and the Department of the American and Oceania Affairs, MOFCOM. AmCham China participants cover Manufacturing, ICT, Healthcare and Energy industries, and had the further discussion in terms of industrial issues and opportunities with DG Lin and his colleagues.
