China Individual Income Tax Policy Changes Impacting Foreign Employees/their employer’ Tax Liabilities from 2022
AmCham China Northeast chapter kicked off its first executive breakfast briefing on October 13th at the Dalian Shangri-la Hotel.
Dorman Kwan, PwC Lead Partner for Liaoning Business at PwC Dalian and Nicole Wang, Senior Manager of Individual Income Tax and Global Mobility Services at PwC Dalian joined as guest speakers and explained the regulation changes of the Individual Income Tax Law for expatriates working in China start from year 2022; tax cost analysis and their implication on individuals and company operation.
The PwC experts also encouraged attending executives to plan ahead and adjust their human resources and benefits structures accordingly to get prepared for the upcoming changes.
