The 2023 kick off meeting of AmCham China, Northeast’s HR Committee was a resounding success. Representatives from more than 10 companies actively participated in discussions and workshops, sharing and exchanging their ideas.
Mardi Gras is a popular US cultural tradition, based on the Carnival, a celebration that dates back thousands of years to pagan spring and fertility festivals.
Given the ever-evolving pandemic-related business challenges and ongoing uncertainty, our HR experts shared their experience in transition and change management (TCM) using real examples. They highlighted the necessary changes for companies to achieve their desired outcomes and the mechanisms through which employees can adapt to these changes.
The group workshop provided an additional platform for participants to:
- Enhance productivity and overall effectiveness in group work.
- Share and exchange ideas and experiences.
- Present their company’s changes and transitions.
- Foster inclusion and share prescriptive insights to encourage open and diverse opinion exchange.
We extend our sincere thanks to our member companies and all attendees for their valuable input and time.
