Who can use this notary service?

Persons of any nationality can use this notary service to notarize documents that are required for use in the United States.

What documents can be notarized?

Examples of documents that can be notarized include marriage/divorce/birth certificates, various Powers of Attorney, wills, bank/loan documents, company documents, real estate transactions, and more. A full list of documents that can be notarized in available on request.

Notary Fees

• RMB 350 per notary stamp
• RMB 350 per ID verification
• RMB 200 for remote notary service
• RMB 900: Electronic Notary (includes one notary stamp, one ID verification, and remote service fee)
• RMB 1,650: Original Notary (includes one notary stamp, one ID verification, remote service fee, and shipping fee)
• RMB 3,000: Apostil Notary

Shipping

• RMB 750 to the US (includes international shipping and shipping fees to final destination in the US)
