The highly anticipated 2024 Third Plenary Session, held from July 15-18 in Beijing, gathered around 370 top Party officials to set the next phase of the country’s economic agenda. The readout dissected the outcomes and provided clear takeaways that are essential for understanding China’s evolving economic landscape.
