On Saturday, June 18 AmCham China’s Sports Committee hosted “Put a Fling on It: Sports Committee Frisbee Day.” The event was held at Beijing’s Jangfu Park and was led by professional coaches, Chris Chen of SpaceCycle and Aiden Liu of Hilefit. Chen and Liu led attendees in some warm and conditioning drills before the big game, and wrapped things up with a cool down stretching session at the end.
