On Saturday, August 27 AmCham China’s Sports Committee hosted “Put a Fling on It: Sports Committee Frisbee Day.” The event was led by coach Aiden Liu of Hilefit. Liu led attendees in some warm and conditioning drills before the big game, and wrapped things up with a cool down stretching session at the end.
